About Us

Who We Are

Sharon Allen is passionate about the culinary dishes she prepares. Being the only girl amongst her siblings, she spent a great deal of time in the kitchen with her mother.  She learned at an early age that fresh is the best. She was a teenager before she realized that you could buy spaghetti sauce friends.

They would rave about how well the food was prepared and its wonderful taste. She did not take them seriously most often responding with “Oh, it’s only food”.  After a career set back where she was forced into retirement, she decided to enhance her culinary skills and enrolled in the Culinary Program at the Sheridan Technical College. During her time there, she was honored to work along Master Chefs that complimented her on her cooking skills. After graduation, she began her adventure of creating raw vegan meals, preparing food from the garden to the table and medicinal dishes.
